GOE-ASIME
(GALICIAN OFFSHORE ENERGY GROUP)
The Galician Offshore Energy Group (GOE-Asime) was founded by the Galician Association of Metal Industries and Associated Technologies in 2013. Since then, it has established itself as a key agent for boosting the offshore wind industry, carrying out international promotion actions and exploring markets and business opportunities.
Currently, 50 companies and entities are part of the GOE-Asime, proof of the capacity of Galician industry in the entire offshore wind value chain. The GOE-Asime works in tandem with them to promote national and international projects, such as Wikinger for Iberdrola, Nissum Bredning for Siemens, East Anglia One for Iberdrola, Hywind for Statoil and Windfloat for EDP, developed by Navantia, Windar and most of the GOE member companies.

Defining the research and technical development strategy suited to improving our competitiveness.

Attending and organising international exhibitions, events, conferences, discussion forums, seminars, and open days related to offshore energy.
GOE-Asime is a member of Wind Europe, one of the largest associations promoting wind energy in Europe. Through this association, Galician metal sector companies are encouraged to participate in key events and networking opportunities at the European level.
